
Renee Cullen (Merteuil) is thrilled and honoured to be playing the role of the Marquise de Merteuil for this production for Les Liaisons Dangereuses. It is wonderful to be back with Amicus after appearing in their production of Villette last year. Renee has also worked with the Toronto Irish Players (Elvis’ Toenail) and the East Side Players (Nude with Violin) in recent years. A high school drama teacher by day, community theatre is what keeps Renee sane. Enjoy the show!

Conor Ling (Danceny) is delighted to join his first season with Amicus Productions. A graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City, Conor is very excited to continue his career in his hometown Toronto. Past credits include: A Rose Upon the Blood (Red Sandcastle Theatre), The Fox on the Fairway(The Village Players), 20/20 and You’re Trying My Patience (InspiraTO Festival). New York Credits include: Dancing at Lughnasa (Mary MacArthur Theatre) and Fifth of July (Lester Martin Theatre).

Christina Leonard (Cecile) is so excited to be working with such a wonderful cast and crew. She is an actor and creator from Toronto who most recently performed as Zelda in 20/20 (InspiraTO Festival), in Antigone (Alumnae Theatre), and co-created/performed in A Drop of Water in the Toronto Fringe Festival. Christina is a graduate of Humber College’s Theatre Performance program. She has a background in singing, movement, and dance, and is certified in Stage Combat at the Intermediate level (Academy of Dramatic Combat).

Jenn Keay (Rosemonde) is a Toronto-based performer who has played leading roles in more than 30 musicals and plays throughout her 40-year career on stage. Selected theatre and musical credits include: The Merchant of Venice (Portia), The Imaginary Invalid (Angelique), The Tempest (Miranda), The Real Inspector Hound (Lady Muldoon), Annie Get Your Gun (Annie Oakley), Carousel (Julie), Oklahoma! (Ado Annie), Oliver! (Nancy), Company (Joanne), Once Upon A Mattress (Queen Aggravain). Jenn received a THEA award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role for her performance as Queen Aggravain in Once Upon A Mattress for Scarborough Music Theatre. Jenn is delighted to join the cast of Les Liaisons Dangereuses in her first show with Amicus Productions, and an encore with a role in Sense & Sensibility in February 2017!

Kerrie Lamb (Volanges) Although this is Kerrie’s debut with Amicus, she has been acting in community theatre for eons, and has won THEAs for her portrayal of Stella in STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE (Theatre Aurora) and Catherine in THE WINSLOW BOY (Scarborough Players). Select performances include Dot in 1949, Bella in LOST IN YONKERS, Soupy Sue in URINETOWN, and Laura in GLASS MENAGERIE. Kerrie would like to thank her supporters and the cast and crew of Dangerous Liaisons.

Melanie Leon (Tourvel) is excited to be making her Amicus debut! Since graduating from the UVic’s acting program, her recent theatre credits include playing Elisa in Marie Antoinette; The Colour of Flesh (Urban Arts Productions), and Marie Ange in Les Belles Soeurs (Village Playhouse). She is a recent winner of the Toronto Monologue Slam, can be seen as “Claire” in the hilarious new web series, AntiSocial, and is part of the 2016/17 Mechanicals program with Factory Theatre.

Chris Coculuzzi (Valmont) is an actor, director, playwright, and producer who’s been involved in community, educational and independent theatre for over twenty years. Chris became a member of Amicus Productions in 2011 and is currently serving as President for the third year in a row. This season Chris is performing as Valmont in our season opener Les Liaisons Dangereuses, co-producing our winter show Sense and Sensibility, and then performing again as Williamson in our spring production of Glengarry Glen Ross. When not involved in theatre, Chris is a high school teacher for the Toronto District School Board.

Maureen Lukie (Producer) has been with Amicus since its first day, as an actor (Barefoot in the Park, The Tale of the Allergist’s Wife, Villette), director (A Month in the Country, Emma and our first production of Liaisons Dangereuses) and producer (Sabrina Fair, Marvin’s Room). She is looking forward to directing Jane Austen’s Sense and Sensibility with unspeakable anticipation and delight and wishes to welcome you to that production in February, 2017.

Liz Currie (SM) This is Liz’s second show with Amicus Productions. Recent credits include: 4th Annual Unsung Heroes Productions: Imagine a Cure for Leukemia, 24 Hours (EOS Festival), August: Osage County (Alumnae), Stepping Out (Alumnae), A Christmas Carol (CCP), Sizzle and Spin (Toronto Fringe), and Sabrina Fair (Amicus). She wants to thank the cast and production staff for this wonderful opportunity. Thank you also to all the friends and family who come out to support her, even though she’s not seen on stage.

Jessica McQueen (ASM) joined Amicus in 2011. A theatre enthusiast from an early age, Jessica has been involved with community theatre since she was a teenager. Jessica has acted and worked backstage with Stage Centre Productions, Theatre Etobicoke, Village Players, Mississauga Players and Scarborough Players. Thank you to the cast and crew for your hard work and thanks to our audience for coming out and supporting local community theatre. Big thanks to my friends and family for their support and helping me move into my new condo, especially Jason—I love you babe.

Ryan Armstrong (Fights) is thrilled to be working on his second piece of Fight Choreography alongside director Victoria Shepherd, and his debut with Amicus productions. He has always been interested in stage combat, putting himself forward as choreographer and fighter even before starting professional training in 2014 at Rapier Wit.
