erinErin Jones (Annie)
Erin is pleased to be working with Amicus again! She recently appeared in Lend Me a Tenor, Long Weekend and Real Estate with Village Players. She has also appeared in numerous productions from Whitby to Etobicoke, including Who’s Under Where with Scarborough Theatre Guild, Ashes to Ashes in the New Ideas Festival, A Chorus of Disapproval with Amicus and Tom Jones with Scarborough Players. It is a pleasure to work with so many talented people across the GTA. Many thanks to Chris for the opportunity and a great supportive cast and crew.

scottScott Simpson (Donald)
After doing several plays with a more dramatic theme, The Rainmaker, Of Mice and Men, Double Door, etc. Scott is pleased to be performing in a romantic comedy with such a great cast and crew. A special thanks to Janice Peters who kept me straight on my lines. Cudos to Director Chris Coculuzzi who kept this ship on the right course with his vision of the play. My thanks also to my wife, Monica, for being so supportive. She gives me hope. Without hope you are not alive.

gregGreg Corkum (Elliot)
Apartment 3A is Greg’s debut with Amicus. He has lost track of the times he has worked Chirs as an Upstart Crow regular, including the Shakespeare Sports Canon (Toronto Fringes 2001-2005). Oft noted as Canada’s answer to Noel Coward, he has added his je ne sais quoi to Gary (Present Laughter), Elyot (Private Lives) and Richard (Hay Fever). He has also been described as the Poster Boy of Cabbagetown Theatre’s No Sweetheart Required with 10 consecutive appearances.

candiCandi Zell (Dal)
Candi’s love for theatre and performance makes her life. Life without theatre just isn’t. Some selected credits would include Hanna in The Book of Ruth (Jewish Children’s Theatre), Joan in B.S., The Live Theatre (Sitcompany/Tim Sims Theatre), Boo Levy in The Last Night of Ballyhoo (Teatron Theatre), Marilla in Anne (Scarborough Theatre Guild), Carla in Summers End (Alumnae Theatre), the Wicked Witch of the West in The Wizard of Oz (Orangeville Music Theatre).

Meg Gibson (Tony)
Meg has been performing non-stop since her debut as Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz at age 16. Favorite credits include: Evita, Pajama Game, Steam Heat: A Fosse Celebration, Sweet Charity, Man of La Mancha, Anything Goes, Crazy for You and Cabaret. Meg has a BFA from U of C and was lead singer for Calgary Classic Rock Band, Blacklight Jack until 2009. Meg is thrilled to be performing for the first time with Amicus Productions!

chrisChris Coculuzzi (Director)
Chris has been directing for over twenty years for independent and community theatre as well as in education. Most recently he directed for the 2012 Toronto Fringe Festival Piecing Together Pauline, a script he co-wrote with Roxanne Deans about the life of 19th century opera singer Pauline Viardot. Chris is also familiar to Amicus audiences as a performer in last year’s production of All My Sons as Chris Keller and in this season’s opener Jekyll and Hyde as Hyde #3. This is his first time directing for Amicus.

janiceJanice Peters (SM)
This is Janice’s second Amicus show as a stage manager, having worked on last season’s The Tale of The Allergist’s Wife. She is excited to once again be on the other side of the spotlight where she can watch this wonderful cast and crew in action every night. Her previous credits with Amicus have been on stage and include Ann Deever in last season’s All My Sons and Diana Barry in the 2007 production of Anne. Thank you, as always, to Andrew.

I have been a theatre student since beginning high school. I have a passion for the arts and I am so happy and thankful to have been given this opportunity to work with Amicus Productions. It has been a great experience.

susanSusan Amos (ASM)
This is Susan’s first time working backstage in a show. She last worked with Amicus in last season’s All My Sons playing the role of Lydia. Before moving to Toronto, Susan was heavily involved with the Northumberland Players performing in over six productions during her five years living and working in Cobourg.

Jessica McQueen (ASM)
Apartment 3A is Jessica’s third show with Amicus. Last season she was the assistant stage manager for All My Sons and Tale of the Allergist’s Wife. Jessica recently finished working as ASM for the Village Playhouse production of Queen Milli of Galt. Jessica has performed onstage with Algonquin College, Glenvale Players, Mississauga Players, and recently as Juror No. 2 in Stage Center’s production of Twelve Angry Jurors. Thank you to my family who are my own guardian angels.

Rodel Manoy (Set Designer)
Rodel brings to this production years of experience that includes training as the Jean Murray-Moray Sinclair scholarship winner at the Manitoba Theatre Centre in 2006. His most recent work is The Lonesome West with the Toronto Irish Players. Credits include in 2012 Into the Woods, Into the Woods Junior, Jungle Book, and A Walk into the Woods. His previous work goes back to 2005 with A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Lion in the Streets as well as over this period Picnic, Waiting for Godot, Arcadia, Strike and more.

David Buffham (Lighting Designer)
David has been involved with theatre lighting since elementary school and has worked on many theatre productions in the United Kingdom over the last twenty-five years. Apartment 3A is David’s first lighting design in Canada. He would like to thank Chris and the production team for an enjoyable and rewarding experience.

David A. Fitzpatrick (Sound Design and Photography)
David has contributed immensely to the success of many of Amicus’ production both as sound designer and photographer. Over the years his photography has graced the front of house boards of many community theatres in addition to those of Amicus Productions.

Ted Powers (Graphic Design)
Ted has worked with Amicus both as an actor and as a leader in promoting Amicus Productions with his arresting graphic designs for publicity and promotion. As an actor with Amicus he performed in last season’s Prelude to a Kiss. Ted’s work as an actor includes performances with numerous theatre companies in the Toronto area over a number of years.

Michael Sherman (Producer)
Apartment 3A is Michael’s first effort as a producer. He has been working with Amicus Productions on this project under the guidance and assistance of Maureen Dory Lukie, the interim producer. Without her assistance and commitment this production would not have moved forward as smoothly as it has. The company as well as Michael owe her their gratitude.
